Corporate Atmosphere - Consultant ERM Employee Review

Too many processes slowing down speed of work. Not enough training opportunities on ERM systems / expectations despite being expected to do the work. Main focus is to be billable, company feels like it's becoming more corporate then they were previously. Big teams spread across offices means limited in-person contact. Not the most sociable atmosphere in offices.
