Unethical management and extremely high turnover! - Senior Consultant ERM Employee Review

It's a very suffocating working environment. There are a couple nice employees in the office but they have to protect themselves and their retirement s so no one really express what they think. Its only dissatisfaction behind closed doors. Management is rigged with greed when it comes to bonus and sale credit.
