Pros
Many people in the organisation are friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Pay is reasonable when you join, but pay increases are bonuses are not in line with what you are told during the recruitment process. There is a lack of care about employees. If you are not selling enough work or cannot find enough billable hours, you could find yourself being made redundant in just a couple of months (written by someone that was not at risk of being made redundant). Thus, working for ERM is not very secure.
