      Good pay. Excellent clients, Great team.

      Cons

      Have to be 80% billable while traveling, billing clients, conducting business development, and writing proposals. Work 55+ hours. Work nights, early mornings, and travel more than 60% of the time. Very little pay raises over time.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
