Quite a lot of greenwashing - but I think that is part and parcel of the industry. Lack of transparency and honesty about sales and performance. Focus on billability means you are judged entirely on something you cannot directly control. This is just an amalgamation of lots of acquisitions - either it's too early to judge the integration, or they've done not a great job at connecting all the teams together. Tangible competition within the company to fight for the same clients when we are supposed to be collaborating.
