Pros
Colleagues are great, I stuck it out for longer than I should have because of the people I worked with.
Cons
Management don't really care about you, they talk the talk about work life balance, being inclusive, caring about the people, but when it comes to it, the only thing that matters is the bottom line. Performance is measured in such a way that you end up constantly competing with your peers, and at the end of it, you get a minimal bonus even if you work hard, outperform and exceed all your objectives because they have to 'normalise' it. The pay itself isn't great either, although some of the benefits are good (e.g. pension). It used to be a good place to work, but there has been a big shift the past few years with lots of acquisitions and being purchased by a new investment company.
