Pros
Lots of skills to be learned in consulting, but your experience highly depends who your line manager/Partner in Charge are. Can be a great place to learn new things and expand skillsets
Cons
Culture is abysmal. Don't even consider it for that. Operational processes /documentation is way more important than delivering client outcomes. Seems to be run like a company in the 90s technology wise. Not progressive, or modern. "We do things the way we've always done them" type of place. High attrition for junior employees.
