      Love the projects and people I work with. Decent work-life balance. Benefits are also decent.

      Cons

      Performance is based purely on metrics rather than individual value and contributions. Pay is on the low end for the industry. Growth is difficult due to corporate 'red tape'.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
