Leadership is struggling with growth given the partnership structure. They struggle to implement important strategies. While they pay lip service to the people development aspect it is not well implemented. A small number of partners are very very well compensated without adding a great deal of value...stuck in what they did in the past. New leaders are poorly compensated but deliver most of the value
