Business Outlook
Pros
Work flexibility is great. As long as I get the work done I can literally work from anywhere. This includes overseas, as ERM has a very generous cross border remote working policy. This policy is possibly one of the best in the industry as I am yet to find anyone in my professional services network where their company has a similar policy.
Cons
Processes are a little outdated and senior leaders (particularly the Executive Team) need to listen more to what employees are saying.
