company culture stifles career progress. middle and upper management talk big but deliver small. will brainwash you with Private Equity approved company culture, lead you to believe that without your long hours and overtime, the company will fall apart.. higher levels are too good to talk to us staff level cl1 and cl2.. all in all, they will throw you under the bus to appease the client. work life balance is a joke.
