Good Coffee machine, lots of sick leaves as you will need them for your mental health, some great Engineers
Cons
- Supremely incompetent Engineering leadership, most of them never did engineering but became Director and VP because they had favourites/friends in EROAD - Yes sir culture is brewing in EROAD, if someone says No or challenges then they better be ready when next round starts… - hostile environment, no mental safety to say if something wrong is happening - EROAD brought a big leader to drive Engineering who left in 18 months, derailed the whole company with fear and scares, enjoyed perks, made irrational and irresponsible decisions making big customers leave EROAD, now new CTO have a mess to clear - Inexperienced & absolutely non technical Directors/VP of engineering, just came through back referrals don’t understand modern engineering just sitting with fat salaries doing middle management crippling the company
