Pros
Management are trying to adapt to changing enviroment Changing focus to concentrate on most important product Regular pit stop sessions when employees can voice their grievances
Cons
Quite a few shocking retrenchements recently Discouraging working from home, saying we we have to work at least 3 days at the office. Does not make sense as it does not apply to all employees or even what is the benefit if employees can choose which 2 days they work from home. Hate the floating desk arrangement as its a struggle each time with things like keyboard, mouse, network access, monitors etc.
