Pros

Good hours - off by 3:30pm, no weekends. Good benefits available.

Cons

Management is only worried about profit. Buying cheaper ingredients (frozen, pre-cooked, and processed chicken) to save a few pennies, despite customer complaints. Management treats employees poorly and unfairly. Company policies not enforced (employees who repeatedly no call/no show still have job, not given any discipline, etc., employee abuse of breaks and management turns a blind eye.) Payroll repeatedly screwed up by management (employees not paid for full hours.) Lack of communication between management (told to do something one way by sous chef, told to do it differently from other sous chef/management)

Pros

Mid-paced & customer-facing. Database & GUI driven. Not a call-center environment, but vital to Client-Contractor relationship. Freedom to work hybrid, as needed. GxP facility, so training is expansive & up-to-date.

Cons

Wear many hats, responsible for vastly different aspects regarding subordinates & their daily/special tasks. Pay below average, due to stand-up costs & developing job opportunities while on-site. OJT almost up to par, but needs furthering via seminars, certifications.

Pros

Great benefit options Flexible 401k contribution amounts Company wants to hear how they can improve I loved my manager and my direct leadership team Great work-life balance (no real overtime and when you are off people don't bother you)

Cons

Career advancement was good when I started but has become pretty stagnant (there are a lot of entry level positions or upper management but not much in between) Hiring process has become too long
