This company will talk up a big game just to get staffing. They’ll promise you growth opportunities, and promotions but it will never ever happen. They tell you exactly what you want to hear just to hush you up. Their pay and benefits are a slap in the face compared to the work you do. They don’t care about their employees, and they don’t respect confidentiality. Management is a joke and just likes to gossip about their employees. You’re worked to the ground just to get a dime for a raise every year.. if that! Don’t waste your time with this company because you’ll never get anywhere with them.
