Pros
-you work mostly alone. -some co workers were nice -easy job all you do is clean and remove garbage -they seemingly will hire anybody -cant think of anything else good
Cons
- horrible management that treats the employees like slaves and bullies them because they are pressured by their superiors -management targets some employees to the point of verbal harassment and treats others better and dont complain, favoritism is high here. - The people in "management" are incompetent and sometimes behaved and acted like a child would and shouldn't even have a job -Union is sketchy and also incompetent they dont take any reports seriously unless you have strong evidence of harassment in the work place like audio recording. -co workers and management talk behind everyones backs, there is drama in any workplace but it was very toxic here.
