Pros

The client not Eurest, which is the company you will serve are always wonderful to work with.

Cons

Eurest as an employer has made me look at staffing companies in a while new light. I don't ever want to be part of a staffing/ outsourcing company. You need to understand you are there to make the company look good. The pay is way too low for the work load. I found a new job paying in the mid 50's. When I told my new employer what I was making with Eurest, he laughed and thought I was joking.

Pros

Mid-paced & customer-facing. Database & GUI driven. Not a call-center environment, but vital to Client-Contractor relationship. Freedom to work hybrid, as needed. GxP facility, so training is expansive & up-to-date.

Cons

Wear many hats, responsible for vastly different aspects regarding subordinates & their daily/special tasks. Pay below average, due to stand-up costs & developing job opportunities while on-site. OJT almost up to par, but needs furthering via seminars, certifications.

Pros

Great benefit options Flexible 401k contribution amounts Company wants to hear how they can improve I loved my manager and my direct leadership team Great work-life balance (no real overtime and when you are off people don't bother you)

Cons

Career advancement was good when I started but has become pretty stagnant (there are a lot of entry level positions or upper management but not much in between) Hiring process has become too long
