Pros
The only pros for working with this company is that the hiring process is very quick and you do not need previous experience.
Cons
You must be employed for several years (3 yrs +) before you will get a raise. You are expected to get a lot of work done but are not allowed an efficient amount of time to do so. There are absolutely no benefits. There is no promotions, only friends of management get hired management jobs. You are expected to always put the company's needs before your personal life. This includes being expected to work whether you have the flu, a broken ankle, or if the weather is too dangerous to drive in. If you do not go into work every single day they will threaten to fire you even if you have a doctor's note. Management is very manipulating, threatening, inconsiderate, and rude.
