Pros

They pay good salaries and if you are friends and socialise with the board of directors you will likely be kept on and progress.

Cons

They harp on about diversity and inclusion to all their clients and it’s one of their biggest marketing strategies to enable ‘meaningful conversations’ with their customers, yet they have ZERO strategy for, or diversity within their own business. It’s laughable. They get rid of people in underhand ways, despite said people hitting targets and being inline to receive bonuses.
