A company that is truly ran by cowboys who have no idea how to run a business! They went on a crazy hiring spree in 2022 with an ambition to get to 300 heads however this went pear shape as not much thought was put into these numbers. Fast forward 6 months they've sacked over 20 people using underhanded tactics. The business is in a very bad shape, however they will post things on social media such as their visit to the White House to make themselves look good in attempt to attract people to join their business. One of the company ethos is 'no ego' yet the 4 owners probably have the biggest ego's out there. As mentioned, they love to paint really good picture of themselves on social media in order to feed their ego's. I would be very cautious to anyone who is thinking about joining this business as it is not very honest place & it is ran by owners who genuinely have no clue.

They harp on about diversity and inclusion to all their clients and it’s one of their biggest marketing strategies to enable ‘meaningful conversations’ with their customers, yet they have ZERO strategy for, or diversity within their own business. It’s laughable. They get rid of people in underhand ways, despite said people hitting targets and being inline to receive bonuses.
