A Real Recruitment Company - Senior Recruiter EVONA (UK) Employee Review

This is the 3rd recruitment agency I have worked at and I can say for sure, it is by far the best. As an employee you are given the tools to succeed, and the attitude and culture they have created within the business means you are trusted to do your work. Flexible working hours, no core hours, hybrid working model, unlimited holiday... the list goes on. You really feel like you are running your own business within a business and the management are always there to help, only if you need it! It took me a month to get used to the fact no one was checking up on me, when i start/finish or what I do day to day. Overall 10/10.
