Working for this recruitment company has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the toxic and dishonest practices I encountered as an employee. From the moment I joined this company, I quickly realized that something was terribly wrong. The environment was toxic and cutthroat, with colleagues constantly pitted to meet unrealistic quotas & the pressure to perform was unbearable, even though they pride themselves on no KPI’s & targets. One of the most egregious aspects of my time at this company was the blatant lies and deceit practiced by management. They routinely promised employees promotions, pay raises, and career advancement opportunities that never materialized. It became clear that their primary focus was on their own profits, with little regard for the well-being or professional growth of their employees. Moreover, I witnessed firsthand how this company manipulated job candidates and their resumes to make them seem like better fits for positions than they actually were. It was disheartening to see the ethical boundaries crossed so easily, all in the name of meeting quotas and maximizing commissions. The toxic culture within the company was pervasive. Gossip, backstabbing, and an atmosphere of fear permeated the workplace. Employees were constantly on edge, fearing for their jobs and livelihoods. It was disheartening to witness the toll this took on the mental and emotional well-being of my colleagues. As time went on, I realized that staying with this company was detrimental to my own professional growth and well-being. I made the difficult decision to leave and find employment elsewhere. The contrast in work culture and ethics at my new job was like night and day, reaffirming my belief that I had made the right choice. In conclusion, my experience as an employee at EVONA was nothing short of a nightmare. The toxicity, dishonesty, and unethical practices I encountered were deeply troubling. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice and explore alternative opportunities.
