Worked with some really good consultants on an exciting market.

Cons

I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years and I have never come across a business like this. They are big on over promising to people to join them then screwing them over when they make the move. I’ve seen people sacked using underhand tactics with no real reason. There is no direction from the founders and it seems like they use the middle managers to deliver their messages so it doesn’t make them look bad.
