Pros

Great people. Interesting industry, good compensation, a lot of flexibility. Great marketing, strong brand awareness, the foundations of a very strong and well-trained sales team.

Cons

A leadership team that is only interested in maximising their own income. A member of the board with a racist, sexist, transphobic social media presence. The focus on BD and lack of roles is leading to unnecessary internal competition. Weekly sales calls are used as a way to micromanage and show favouritism. Working hours on the American market can be very long, and managers like to contact employees out of hours and on weekends.
