Pros

Hybrid set up, capability development trainings and fixed weekends off.

Cons

• Management used to provide more tasks or workload without proper compensation. • There was a discrepancy on holiday pay for the whole year that we need to pay once we resigned. • NWNP if the account will be dissolve and they will also hold your pay once you're on floating status. • Lack of Employee Engagement, we didnt had Christmas Party or Kick Off Party this year. • They also didnt have free HMO for the dependents unlike other BPO companies.

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
