Pros
Some great people, a wonderful opportunity to learn and take on new tasks. Interesting concept and change from the world of traditional pharma.
Cons
Of course, all IMO and observations. So many Cons - search news on this company for more details, ask around why the market cap dropped by so much. Titles are WAY over inflated and do not necessarily match with the individual’s progression and competency. Appears to be a history of hiring people who are new to the job and in cases, don’t understand the industry (let alone their function.) Ultimately - propagating errors, fostering incompetency leading to not having the right guidance and controls in place to make any corrections. Integrity of senior leaders and some team members are questionable, this cannot be more evident than with staffers who exhibit a culture of disassociation and malaise under their leadership. This is a company of 0 growth and learning – if you are interviewing, ask when was the last time a promotion was celebrated and for what reason? With stated Values that include: Respect, Commitment, Teamwork, Honesty & Integrity and Innovation - the company is lagging at all aspects and in some cases - driving behaviors that are contrary to the Values. So many other companies of this size (people and revenue) have executed so much better and built a sense of loyalty and engagement. And that general guy – omg, what are the managers thinking?
