Above all, we value the health and safety of all of our EAS employees and realize that Covid has impacted this branch negatively, as it has in much of the US. EAS follows all CDC guidelines, which change frequently, as more medical research is reviewed by the CDC professionals. The CDC guidelines include waiting times for resumption of services after exposure and we follow those to protect our employees and clients. We recognize that many of our families needed to cancel sessions for safety reasons. We are examining the impact of weather/health related cancellations and are working on possible solutions. Employees should feel free to bring concerns to the Human Resources Director where confidential conversations can occur before employees consider leaving the company. HR is an unbiased third party and can investigate employee concerns promptly. HR may also be able to provide information to help put some concerns into perspective and can advocate for employees.
