Pros
Some great local team clinicians and people
Cons
A new CEO was hired last year and he has made this company a terrible place to work. He talks bad about people behind their backs and blames everyone else for his poor decisions and treatment of people. The company now has very little/no training for new hires. Turnover is high and there is no concern about staff burnout and work/life balance. They have really high caseload expectations now for BCBAs. Heads up to ensure you know about hours under supervision as their caseload numbers don't sound too bad but once they factor in their hours under supervision the workload is super high. The CCO, COO, all original regional directors, lots of BCBAs, and all but 1 clinical director across the company quit after this new CEO started.
