What they produce is a very cool product. Each truck is unique in its own way, presenting its own set of challenges. I feel like the senior leadership/ ownership genuinely cares about all the employees. Cross training is strongly encouraged which was nice to learn how the whole product is built. I was always treated as a name rather than just a number. I would most likely still be working there if i didnt decide to move to another state.

At times the environment could be very high stress trying to make deadlines. But that is the case for all production facilities. Sometimes there was poor communication between departments that made things difficult to operate. It was also difficult to advance upward in the company due to lack of available open positions.

The Workers were cool, but only some work hard.

Management is so separated from the actual production that the manager don’t even know what is happening in production. Employees never stay long because they are treated as disposable. They just wanted to get a product out the door and didn’t care if the product worked or not.
