The administration is going through something right now. There is a MASS exodus of employees happening, and it is scary. The President has made comments on Title IV issues that is causing the students to revolt, and it is only going to get uglier. Eastern needs a clean sweep of administration in order to come out of this alive. They will not be able to hold onto anyone, students included, through the remains of COVID-19 if they continue down the path that they are on of mistreating employees who work hard, and rewarding folks who only look good on paper. There is also no room to move up at Eastern, as nobody ever leaves, and if there is an opening, a "favorite child" has already been chosen years in advance. There is also no tenure offered in this position, so you will lose your job after 7 years.
