Bad Business Ethics - Adjunct Professor Eastern Connecticut State University Employee Review

Current administration engaged in exploitative practices of faculty, changing policies without warning two days before the semester start to cancel small classes, then proposing pro-rated contracts which were not even tendered until end of second week of classes. Failure in basic business ethics. No response given for grievance by management.
