Pros

Teammates, OK benefits, Decent vacation time, Immediate supervision flexible,

Cons

No raises in at least 8 years, more they layoff the more who's left has to pick up that work. No Thank You's, with increased workload comes increased stress. Their best Thank you is food. Poor management. Too top heavy, no one on top cares about the people that actually do the work.

Pros

Nothing. It’s a total joke. Negative and nuclear toxicity is a taught lesson there. Very HR heavy. They deserve the troubles and negativity there.

Cons

The severance package by far. The remaining employees are WT and miserable. The stereotypes of HR people come to life at Kodak. Fat, miserable, old, and tired…. Worst people on earth
