Pros

This company is going places. There is a high level of energy and momentum driving Echo forward as a leader in healthcare software. Employees are offered many opportunities to improve their skills and to build upon their careers, given they are willing to put in the work to get there. My favorite thing about Echo is the people and the diversity they share with the company.

Cons

This is definitely not a company that takes things slow. If you want a company that stays stagnant, this is not it. Echo is constantly improving and building upon the successful products and culture on which is was founded. There always seems to be something going on, and sometimes one's workload can be quite substantial.

Pros

Echo is a great company to start your career. There is always an opportunity for you to grow and you have good challenges everyday that you can learn a lot from. The whole company is like a big family with a leading president who would have an eye on all your accomplishments. You can feel the appreciation in every successful step of your job. The president is the lead of the company who has made this great culture.

Cons

Pays are not based on San Diego and not comparable with other healthcare companies in here.

Pros

-Good Salary -More organized than other PM companies -Decent Benefits

Cons

-Everyone fears management (on your toes all the time and they say you're lucky for having a job) -New ideas aren't heard. (They refuse to digitize documentation because "it's always been done that way") -Make you guilty for calling in sick or requesting time off -" Policy" is changed frequently. -Impossible to document literally everything, and it is assumed you are the cause of any issue associated with your portfolio. -Sales dumps incomplete files to the PMs, but nothing gets done about it. -You get stern talkings-to for not asking for management assistance, but then get talkings-to for not being able to handle the same issue. -Noone gets raises. -There is no vertical movement in the company. Lateral movement only exists if it's convenient for management.
