Pros
-Good Salary
-More organized than other PM companies
-Decent Benefits
Cons
-Everyone fears management (on your toes all the time and they say you're lucky for having a job)
-New ideas aren't heard. (They refuse to digitize documentation because "it's always been done that way")
-Make you guilty for calling in sick or requesting time off
-" Policy" is changed frequently.
-Impossible to document literally everything, and it is assumed you are the cause of any issue associated with your portfolio.
-Sales dumps incomplete files to the PMs, but nothing gets done about it.
-You get stern talkings-to for not asking for management assistance, but then get talkings-to for not being able to handle the same issue.
-Noone gets raises.
-There is no vertical movement in the company. Lateral movement only exists if it's convenient for management.
