Pros
-Young/fun culture -Down to earth colleagues -Up to date technology -They give you the tools to become an industry pro -Great location that is easy to commute to if you drive or take the CTA. There is free street parking around the area if you get there early enough and there are parking garages if you want to pay for them. -Fooda -Quarterly bonuses
Cons
-High turnover rate -Demanding clients -Compensation isn't competitive -After a while you realize that culture is cool and all, but your compensation should matter way more than that. -Directors aren't transparent -They make it difficult to switch departments because they need ppl in the MT dept. -Always freezing. Bring a blanket. -A lot of the time if you have to train someone, you basically become that person's boss and then hardly have time to do your own work.
