Pros

EdTheory is one of the best companies I have worked for. As an employee, I feel very supported and taken care of. The work environment is very enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive. The senior management is very intentional about the growth of their employees and career advancement. The benefits package is unlike anything I have ever seen, and EdTheory stays true to it's promises. Your ideas will always be heard and even executed in practice. My favorite part about working for EdTheory is it's mission to work in servitude for the community. The company is big on giving back to the world and providing opportunities to change the lives of communities. Overall, a great place to be an employee for! You will really be taken care of.

Cons

No downsides at all! The company is always willing to communicate and strategically implement ways where all needs can be met.

Pros

As a Speech Therapist working with EdTheory in the school system, I have had an enriching experience. The agency provides a supportive and collaborative environment that truly values its employees. I highly recommend EdTheory to any Speech Therapist looking for a fulfilling and supportive work environment in the school system. It's an excellent place to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at this time, except that they do not pay as well as onboarding with a school district. They do offer remote positions, though.

Pros

Pay was good for my contract position. My recruiter was communicative to my needs, frequently kept in touch, and offered mentorship when needed.

Cons

Wish they were more transparent with the school districts that I was working at in terms of caseload, commute, etc.
