-You get in depth on the job training about ABA and working with children with Autism -Family vibe, if you're in the cliques. If not then you can feel like an outsider.

Cons

Not always a lot of support from admin, but your colleagues will support you if they like you. Director is a perfectionist, which can be a good thing, but also causes high levels of stress for the staff.

Consistent hours, paid breaks paid lunch, Awesome sweet kids!!

Cons

Toxic work culture, lots of drama and gossiping and judgemental people you work with- very mean girl energy, lack of structure; overall a negative environment.
