I attended college when I first started working for Eden II. They were very flexible with my schedule and open to listening to any concerns the staff had. The staff is very friendly and warm toward any new faces that join the organization. The benefits compensate for the small paychecks.

Cons

The paycheck is not the best, but that's to be expected from a non-profit organization.

Consistent hours, paid breaks paid lunch, Awesome sweet kids!!

Cons

Toxic work culture, lots of drama and gossiping and judgemental people you work with- very mean girl energy, lack of structure; overall a negative environment.
