Not one thing I can say is good

Cons

You will never move up, staff are irresponsible, the directors only care about donations from parents. Bad working environment no lunch breaks no sick paid leave you get placed in a new classroom every few weeks.

Consistent hours, paid breaks paid lunch, Awesome sweet kids!!

Cons

Toxic work culture, lots of drama and gossiping and judgemental people you work with- very mean girl energy, lack of structure; overall a negative environment.
