Pros

Working with amazing students. Most of the staff will help you and work as a team.

Cons

Supervision is horrible. The supervisors bash and belittle staff. If they like you, you’re okay but the second you’re on their radar they will find any and every reason to make you feel terrible. The supervisors will even talk about you to other staff. They are extremely unprofessional and will come into a classroom with an attitude even with students around. The director is no better because she knows exactly what is going on.

Consistent hours, paid breaks paid lunch, Awesome sweet kids!!

Cons

Toxic work culture, lots of drama and gossiping and judgemental people you work with- very mean girl energy, lack of structure; overall a negative environment.
