Convenient location, good benefits, little above minimum wage

Cons

Executive leadership has no grasp on the realities of the job. Everything they deal with is on paper and they expect perfection - a pipe dream. LOTS of systemic issues. When upper level staff (coordinators, supervisors) are incompetent, lower level staff are expected to do their jobs. Unprofessionalism from some leadership (expecting work after hours, requesting work outside of job responsibilities, inappropriate communication etc), internal gossip, "old timers" favored regardless of poor performance

Consistent hours, paid breaks paid lunch, Awesome sweet kids!!

Cons

Toxic work culture, lots of drama and gossiping and judgemental people you work with- very mean girl energy, lack of structure; overall a negative environment.
