Pros

There are some great people and smart people here. The location and office are very nice.

Cons

Parent company Ascential is micromanaging the offices of the four brands that make up Edge. The unnecessary levels of leadership and bureaucracy stifle innovation and disconnect leadership from what actually goes on day to day. Ascential CEO has sold investors on a shiny, new, integrated dashboard but there are major issues underneath our tech stacks. The Sandy office is hemorrhaging tech talent. The brand cannot retain talent due to constant issues "fires" and hiring/spending freezes by Ascential. The most profitable office across Edge in Sandy is not free to hire to relieve overworked teams and understaffed tech teams. We constantly miss deadlines that we communicate to clients and several product have been broken for over six months. We do not deserve the clients that we have.

I’ve been at Edge for over two years now and I really like working here. I think my team is full of great people and I love the opportunities I have to pursue different kinds of projects with some of the worlds largest brands. Would recommend

This was a pretty good company to work for. Benefits were comparable to other tech companies but good.

Cons

They want through some layoffs when they were preparing to be sold.
