We absolutely understand being acquired by a distant global company and having the original leadership team exit the business can create an atmosphere of uncertainty and distrust. Our local leadership team, who have been appointed over the last six months, and HR staff have worked tirelessly to create structure, to build trust, and to heighten healthy communication. We practice an open door policy and have frequent 1:1's with all of our employees where we encourage them to speak up, take accountability, and be a part of the solution.
