Pros

Edge does a great job of finding and training really smart people.

Cons

The challenge is that senior leadership in London don't really know how to run these businesses- they integrate, then pull them apart, and aren't really even sure how the pieces fit together.

I’ve been at Edge for over two years now and I really like working here. I think my team is full of great people and I love the opportunities I have to pursue different kinds of projects with some of the worlds largest brands. Would recommend

This was a pretty good company to work for. Benefits were comparable to other tech companies but good.

Cons

They want through some layoffs when they were preparing to be sold.
