Pros

The kids, of course, and some amazing teachers and staff. Other than that, not much.

Cons

Classified staff are paid poverty wages, special education students are appallingly underserved, bullying and violence goes unchecked, etc. etc… it’s a sinking ship. A once-great district has now become one of the worst.

Decent training. People nice at beginning. Kids are fun to serve.

Cons

Low pay, few hours, psycho co-workers. Toxic, low-rent characters see this as their turf, and they don't want new people to do well. You can have it.
