      Long-established company with a solid reputation in property development and management. Properties are well-built and consistently well-maintained. Communities are fully staffed—leasing, maintenance, grounds, and turn teams—making daily operations smoother than at many other management companies. Workload for managers is generally manageable if you’re skilled at leading a team. Several genuinely dedicated and supportive individuals within the corporate office.

      Cons

      Compensation is noticeably lower than industry competitors, especially considering the size and age of the company. Culture heavily depends on your regional leadership, and poor leadership can create a toxic work environment. HR lacks follow-through, which allows problematic behavior to continue unchecked. A single unethical or disruptive leader can undermine morale across entire teams. Lack of accountability in some upper-level roles affects trust and long-term employee satisfaction.
