      Very thorough training Great benefits Satisfactory pay You get to work for your neighbors, which gives you a sense of community and pride if you do your job right EPA 608 training available NATE training available Career advancement is encouraged Fantastic work-life balance

      Cons

      My biggest challenge is managing time, but if you are proactive and keep yourself organized, you can succeed! Team members are friendly and respect is earned by supervisors if you stay humble and consistent in your work

      Great company, if you're willing to learn they're willing to teach.

      Changes happen frequently it's a lot to keep up with while managing day to day.

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are reasonably good.

      Cons

      Very old-fashioned work environment with a restrictive dress code. New rules for prospect follow-up make the position feel more like telemarketing. Expectations have become increasingly unrealistic from the start. Managers are chaotic and often can’t be found when needed. Leasing staff are also required to work alone on weekends which feels unsafe.
