Good company - Anonymous employee Edward Rose & Sons Employee Review

This company is very solid! Edward Rose and Sons is willing to train their employees - maintenance, leasing, everyone. So while experience is nice, it's not a requirement. They generally start at a fair rate of pay, but don't be afraid to ask for more! Very involved corporate level employees. You get to work with mostly good people, both other employees and residents. Generally speaking, it's a good company to work for with decent (not amazing) benefits. You can certainly move up in the company! There's lots of room for advancement if you are looking for that. Some positions are on call and come with free rent, but make sure you are ok with possibly being called in the middle of the night, or on the weekend, etc, to fix something.
