First, I wanted to thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate all of the feedback that we get, especially since we continue to grow and we want every employee to enjoy working for Edward Rose & Sons. There have been a lot of changes and updates to both the company as a whole and to some of our communities over the last year, and we are not done yet. Obviously some tasks take priority over others, but we are working hard to make sure everything is up to date. Thanks for the advice as well! I agree that it's important to encourage employees to "grow and want more" out of their job and out of life. We have more plans on the way and will keep everyone updated. Jessica
