Pros

Employer rewards hard work, honesty and integrity. Employment manual states, "an hour's work is expected for an hour's pay" and the company recognizes and promotes those who abide by that statement. Over six years with Manifold Services at this point, and I anticipate being with them for many more to come.

Cons

Fully paid health insurance would make the company much more competitive for professionals who may choose to be involved in other industries. While employees have a very good chunk of health insurance paid for, premiums get expensive when trying to cover children and other family members.

These are key qualities that we truly appreciate. It's nice to hear our employees know this as well. I also wanted to say that I understand how you feel when it comes to expensive premiums for insurance. However, I have found that there are very few company's that cover these or have better coverage. Although, you never know what will happen in the future, since we are a continuously growing company. Thanks again for your positive review! We really appreciate your honesty and look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

Changes happen frequently it's a lot to keep up with while managing day to day.
